Delivery to St. Petersburg amounted month. the parcel well packaged in a box. collar is very high quality, tyazhelenky of the spikes. looks a hair's breadth, as in the photo. but did not fit the size, it is small my dog, but ordered one size larger, than you need. most likely due to the hard material collar bad fit on the dog's neck. :(
