Glasses come very quickly, about 10 days. this is my fastest order. it was reported I was expecting the order at the post office. was packed in a box, it was crumpled. and inside was another box with glasses the cloth to wipe and pouch. Glasses come whole. the quality is good. but my husband turned out to be small, they do not sit tight on the nose, bridge big.
