Bag was packed in a plastic courier bag (with two other bags in the same order). Ordered on 29Mar, delivered 12Apr (10 business days, 14 elapsed days). Each bag came in its own dust bag, packed in a plastic bag. To keep its shape, the bag was filled with an inflated air packing bag. Very small sized bag. The shoulder strap was slightly wrinkled but was easily straightened. Not the best quality, but for the price - can't expect too much. Fiddly to open and close the bag, the bag strap which threads through a loop would probably wear down with too much use. Best used as an occasional bag.
